All adults will be offered a new patient health check with the nurse or HCA upon notification of registration. 

For children under 16 please email a copy of their red book or a list of immunisations that they have received to date.

Please note that by completing this process does not mean that you are registered. You will receive a text from the practice directly.

Providing documents are not a mandatory requirement and we will not refuse registration if you are unable to provide these. We are registered as a safe surgery Safe Surgeries - Doctors of the World. Everyone is the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don't have proof of iD or address, you can still register. Immigration status does not matter - reception won't share your information with the Home Office unless crime is involved. 

Note that by sending the form you will be transmitting information about your self across the Internet and although every effort is made to keep this information secure, no guarantee can be offered in this respect.

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.

To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
